Prefixes part 2!!

How sea turtles grow into an adult

For the past two weeks Mrs Jacks reading groups have been learning how a Sea Turtle grows from a egg to a adult. So we had to make a expiation about how they grow up. Please give me more feedback if you know any thing that I didn't put in my writing.








Hosting Assembly

On week 10 I hosted assembly with my friends it was really creepy. We were frightened because there was alot of people sitting down and recording us doing the assembly. The slides I did was slide 2, slide 7, slide 11 and we all did slide 14. It was really hard because we had to find time to make all of the slides and add the writing on it. There was only 1 person who was away we had to fill in her slide because she was away

Chinese new year finshed

For the last 2 weeks we have been learning about chinese  new year and this is what I learned: was born in 2008.⭐It is the most colourful festival in the world⭐The children get red envelopes with lucky money in them⭐There is dragon festivalsChinese New Year is also called Lunar New Year or Spring Festival the Chinese zodiac calendar has a cycle of 12 years.The 12 Chinese zodiac animals are: rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse,goat, monkey, rooster, dog, and pig.families will visit each other and hand over little gifts. Children sometimes get oranges, sweets or coins. Get it in even numbers⭐Don’t cut your hair because you are cutting the good luck⭐The date of chinese new year changes each year⭐Chinese new year is also known as spring festivalPeople enjoy eating lots of delicious food, including noodle soup, which traditionally brings luck for the year ahead.The festivities continue for two weeks, finishing with a special lantern festival, which signals the end of the New Year celebration period.

Phonics prefixes
